siSTARS Publication is a Canadian publishing imprint operating as the primary editorial and production umbrella for all magazine titles created and distributed by the owner, Kalina Bains. The imprint oversees the development, publication, and management of all proprietary magazine properties, including Sassy & Sacred Magazine and any future publications produced under the siSTARS brand.
Kalina Digital Media (KDM) functions as the creative services and media production division supporting siSTARS Publication. KDM provides design, branding, editorial development, digital media services, and consulting for both internal publications and external clients.
Magazine titles published under siSTARS Publication are wholly owned and managed by the imprint. Client‑owned publications, including the Global Grandmothers Council Network Magazine, are produced by KDM in a consulting capacity and remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise contractually agreed.
