KDM | SASSY & SACRED MAGAZINE Contributor Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to Kintsugi Woman, Sassy & Sacred Magazine, published by Kalina Digital Media (KDM). We honour women’s stories with integrity, compassion, and respect. This agreement ensures your work is protected — and that we have the permissions needed to publish it safely and ethically.

By submitting your work, you agree to the following:

Contributor Agreement (Updated Edition)

This Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Kalina Digital Media (KDM), Kintsugi Woman and Sassy & Sacred Magazine, and the Contributor (“You”). By submitting content to KDM, Kintsugi Woman or Sassy & Sacred Magazine, you agree to the following terms:

1. Original Work

You confirm that all content you submit, including writing, photography, artwork, audio, or video, is your original work, created by you, and does not infringe on the rights of any other person or entity.

2. Rights Granted to KDM & Sassy & Sacred Magazine

By submitting your work, you grant KDM, Kintsugi Woman and Sassy & Sacred Magazine a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to:

• Publish, edit, format, and distribute your content

• Use your content across all KDM and Sassy & Sacred platforms (digital, print, social, video, audio, promotional materials, and future media formats)

• Feature your name, bio, and submitted images alongside your work

You retain full ownership of your work. We simply receive permission to publish and repurpose it.

3. Future Reuse Clause

You agree that KDM, Kintsugi Woman and Sassy & Sacred Magazine may reuse, republish, or re-feature your submitted content in the future, including but not limited to:

• Anniversary issues

• Themed collections

• Best‑of editions

• Social media campaigns

• Promotional materials

• Books, guides, or digital products created by KDM or Sassy & Sacred Magazine

This reuse will always credit you as the original creator.

4. Editing & Formatting

You acknowledge that your submission may be lightly edited for clarity, grammar, length, or formatting while maintaining your original voice and message.

5. No Monetary Compensation

At this time, contributions are voluntary and unpaid. Contributors receive:

• Full credit for their work

• Exposure across KDM, Kintsugi Woman and Sassy & Sacred platforms

• Eligibility for future features, interviews, and spotlight opportunities

6. Contributor Responsibility

You agree that:

• Your submission does not contain harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content

• Any claims, statistics, or advice are accurate to the best of your knowledge

• You have obtained permission for any images or quotes you include

7. Withdrawal of Content

If you wish to withdraw your content from future use, you may request removal from upcoming publications. Previously published materials cannot be retroactively removed.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting your work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Contributor Agreement.
