Even when life is doing the absolute most — Food poisoning. A knee replacement. Losing your job. A parking ticket. A whole root canal.


Some days feel like the universe is throwing tomatoes at you from every direction. But even in the mess, even in the chaos, even in the “why me?” moments… There is still beauty. There is still breath. There is still you — rising, recovering, rebuilding, remembering your strength.


We all have days when hope feels thin and giving up feels easier. But this day, too, shall pass. And when it does, you’ll look back and realize you were stronger than every single thing that tried to break you.


Take a moment. Take a breath. Take in the beauty that still surrounds you — even here, even now.
