Your Delivery Pathway
This Fulfillment Policy explains how services from Kalina Digital Media are delivered and what you can expect after purchase. All purchases are governed by our Terms of Service.
Delivery
Digital products

What this includes: templates, guides, digital magazines, PDFs, audio/video replays, and other downloadable resources.

How they’re delivered: by embedded codes, email and/or instant download link after successful payment.

When: usually within a few minutes of purchase. If there is a delay, you’ll receive an update by email.
Live sessions & programs

What this includes: Glow-UP Discovery Call, consulting, creative direction calls, editorial intensives, group programs, and live workshops.

How they’re delivered: via live video call (or other agreed platform) on scheduled dates.

When: you’ll receive a calendar invite and joining link after payment and booking.
Done-for-you services

What this includes: custom editorial work, brand storytelling, digital magazine builds, launch assets, and related creative services.

How they’re delivered: according to the agreed scope, milestones, and timelines outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

When work begins: after payment is received and your package, brief, and timelines are confirmed in writing.


Rescheduling
We understand that life happens.

Live sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice (typically at least 24–48 hours before the session, unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement).

Sessions are not refundable, but they will always be delivered or rescheduled.

In case of illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside either party’s control, we will make reasonable efforts to find a new time as soon as possible.

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session may be treated as delivered.

Refunds
Because our work is highly customized and often delivered instantly or in reserved time slots, we generally operate with no refunds, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer.
Digital products

All sales are typically final once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

If there is a technical issue preventing access, we will work with you to restore access or provide an alternative format.
Live sessions, programs, and done-for-you services

Fees for booked sessions, programs, and custom services are generally non-refundable once work has begun, time has been reserved, or access has been granted.

If Kalina Digital Media must cancel and cannot reasonably reschedule or deliver the service, a partial or full refund may be considered, depending on how much has already been delivered.
Any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws (for example, in your country or province) remain in place and are not limited by this policy.


Payments

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (for example: credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or other processors as made available).

Work begins only after payment has cleared.

For custom or larger projects, payment schedules (such as deposits and milestones) will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

If a payment fails or is reversed, access to services or products may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Results
Kalina Digital Media provides strategy, creative direction, editorial support, and implementation to the best of our professional ability.

Your results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, implementation, consistency, and external conditions.
